Unit 1 - The 3 Classical Pricing Strategies

Over the past decades, we have seen three different pricing strategies. The first is the one all florist use: margin pricing. The second is competitor based pricing. It used little data except putting prices slightly lower than the competition. The third is consumer based pricing that depends on some consumer data, but that ultimately gives in to the consumer's demands for lower prices. How do these three relate to floristry?
