To start in any successful pricing strategy, knowing your costs is essential. And the only way of being meticulous is knowing your costs.
We have an unfortunate tendency to:
A) Not like to look at numbers because we don't have time
B) We prefer flowers rather than numbers
C) We tend to only listen to other florists and do what they do because it sounds like it works...
It's paramount you look at your data and costs, not the others.
